Our Purpose & Passion
Weatherford Capital was founded in 2015 by three brothers inspired by a common belief:
Together—we can accomplish more, making a positive impact in the world.
We are driven to achieve success together. But the way we win matters. The ethos of our firm flows from a shared commitment to faith, honesty, loyalty, hard work, and collaboration. This is The Weatherford Way.
At Weatherford Capital, we care deeply about people. We don’t seek investors; we pursue meaningful relationships. We don’t have portfolio companies; we forge long-term partnerships. We don't manage people; we serve great leaders as they build healthy company cultures. Our commitment to meaningful relationship, long-term partnership, and servant leadership is the bedrock of Weatherford Capital.
Given our unique backgrounds at the highest levels of sports, politics, and business, we know how to identify opportunity, develop talent, work as a team, compete and win. But in today's complex disruptive global marketplace we know it takes a versatile and robust network to be successful. We cannot do it alone, which is why we pursue strategic and synergistic alliances by leveraging our extensive industry experience, global network, and market knowledge.
At Weatherford Capital, we are committed to stewarding our financial, intellectual, and social capital well for the common good in our communities. We love helping people achieve their full potential. This is why we partner with those who share our values, our convictions, and our deep desire to have a positive and lasting impact in the world.
Partners and Brothers
Will, Sam, and Drew sat down to discuss what it meant to grow up as a Weatherford, and what it means today to partner together at Weatherford Capital.
Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as ever you can.
